Question: I have a ton of freckles, would a tattoo not work with freckles?

Not a issue. If the tattoo is of cookie or a incomplete connect the dots kinda thing

Nah, they can still tattoo over freckles, if it's a bigger mole though they will just tattoo around it, they say its for skin problem reasons, like cancer or rashes. You dont even really notice it when they just tattoo around it either.

I had a few dark beauty marks on my arm where they did the tat i have, can't even see it, the ink covered it, (unless you are getting a light color tat) Go in and talk to a tattoo artist before you get any work done, most are more than happy to talk to you before they do work, ask to see work they've done. remember you are stuck with it once you get it, (i wanted my tat since i was like 16, got it at 30) i knew what i wanted but just kept waiting,
