I want to learn how to tattoo, i don't want to be ignorant and go off and buy it anywhere without knowing what im doing, should i make sure whatever im ordering is missing anything important or is it of low quality? i was thinking of ordering the following kit from this website= http:/ / www.inkcraft.biz/ - 89- Starter- Kit- p259.html |

You should get a tattoo apprenticeship first. If you don't you will have a very hard time getting hired by anyone. Often times when someone isn't taught by a tattooer or a Master then they don't know how to properly make needles, sterilize the areas, how hard to press, how soft to press, what needles do what, the basics. And if you don't know how to do that, then you've spent a lot of time learning the wrong way and it's very hard to break bad habits. Work on getting an apprenticeship first. Trust me, getting a kit and teaching yourself is the worst thing you can do. |

Do not buy a started kit not knowing what to do, it'll be a waste of money. There is lots of equipment tattoo artists use that you probably dont even know about. If you want to become a tattoo artist you need to learn from a profesional. Most importantly have passion for the art of tattooing. Try to find an apprenticeship and learn the techniques and saftey precautions before you try to do anything by yourself. |

You need to ask for some help from experienced tattoo artists. They know how to start with a beginner's tattoo kit. You should get a kit then. A 1 gun kit with power supply, grips, inks, tips, ink caps, practice skin and anything other you need. Take a look at thelashop.com and you will find the one suits you. Some references for you here. LCD power supply would be better for beginners like you. thelashop.com/ catalog/ 1-Gun-Series-Tattoo-Kit-Machine-LCD-Black-Phenix-p-289.html thelashop.com/ catalog/ Transformers-1-Gun-Tattoo-Kit-Machine-LCD-Jazz-p-745.html |
